Atmosoenarto (Pak Panuju), the long-time pimpinan of RRI Solo

Pak Panuju, long-retired and frail, was asked to rejoin Keluarga RRI as the ciblon player for a very special performance of Ladrang Gadhung Mlati komplit.   Unusually ceremonious decorum was adhered to all day long, including an elaborate offering (presided over by Keraton abdi dalem) and the attendance of a number of esteemed older musicians and courtisans.  In that context, using a flash for photography was out of the question, hence the poor quality of the image of this great man.
